Just had a thought here.

In order to rule out any potential issues with the cooler itself why don't you go out for a drive - see what temps you get, then remove the cooler - link the inlet and outlet pipes together and go for the same drive - see what the oil temps are.

This was we will find out whether the issue is with efficiency or it just not working at all.

the cooler is working as be for i fitted the cooler i could ge 90-100c just on the motor way and if i thrashed it it would if i let it go over 120c so the cooler is doing the job as now when im on the motorway or driving around oil temps sit at about 70c 90c if im stuck in traffic, thsi is the second cooler i have ahd as the fisrst 1 the bajo came off at that 1 did the same thing when driving
