Who here has water injection on their ST205 and where did you puy the spray nozzle? Ideally it needs to be a distance from the throttle body, but not keen on the idea of putting it pre WAI. Seems the only place is immediately pre throttle butterfly :?

Gary - a popular position for the WI nozzle is in the TB...

I personally see this as the only fitting position for the 205.

As a side note I would use the smallest nozzle possible, maybe even buy the smaller 0.4mm nozzle?

Already have a 0.4mm nozzle reday to go in. Previous experience with WI on my 220 GTi has shown me that this is the size to go with
Cheers

Would this also be the ideal place for WI on the ST185RC ?

Don that looks like quality WI work there, Most of the ones ive seen documented on the net have cut the rubber TB mount and welded a section on the intercooler.

Are you using a Aquamist or Shurflo setup Gary?

I've been running ERL WI on a few cars for years now (inc back in the UK) and have had no issues with it whatsoever. Mainly on road going cars but also on a tarmac rally car where it ran faultlessly despite harsh conditions. I have no reservations about continuining to use it either :D
