Have a few questions for yee.

is there any tricks to putting back on lower superstrut arms with the ball joint ? the ball joint keeps spinning when i try to tighten the nut ?

Is the st185 the same as a st205 decat because im having a hard enough time finding a st205 decat

Does a induction kit give any gains in a st205 or is it a gimic and all it does is suck in warm air and make it wore ? if so is a high flow air filter the best gain within the airbox.

I wa offered a hks airfilter with steel pipe and a blitz dumpvalve attached to the top is this done on the st205

Im removing my aircon and was wondering what belt fits when removing this ?

Stick a jack under the ball joint and put some tension on the taper.

Yes

On a near standard car, good high flow panel filter in standard airbox is probably best bet

It's one of the options available. From tests I've seen, the HKS is one of the worst performing filters. I would go for panel filter as above

2 options, aircon removal kit from fensport which replaces the pump with an idler pulley, or fit a shorter belt and run it on the other side of the standard idler pulley. This may wear the belt quicker as there are no grooves for the belt so it will only contact on the peaks. from memory it's just over 1m long, 1018 or 1028 rings a bell.

Just looked at the fensport website again. All they do is replace the standard idler pulley with one with notches to avoid the accellerated belt wear issue. To be fair, the cost of it will pay for quite a few regular belt changes which aren't a bad thing anyway.

This will need the bearing that fits in the middle (probably the second item on your list) plus a belt (first on your list) - I presume 1053 long.

185 downpipe is not the same as 205 but will fit. You will have to remove 1 stud from the turbo to do it
