the critical measurement is between alternator output terminal and alternator earth. SHould be about 14-14.5 ideally. |

Replacement arrived today and is not whining! http://youtu.be/5GYgC63xd14 15v on cold start up @ Alternator 14.4v once warmed up @Alternator Just under 14.0v @ Battery ECU is showing around 13.5v Drops to around 13.1-13.0v with headlights on Daylight voltage checks to follow, all done with no cowl or cold feed snorkel fitted, yet!
