I've been asked to provide what rear diffs and front transfer box does our faffs have. Basically what does our prop shaft connects to on each end.
Trying to get a quote on a custom prop shaft.
Does anyone know?

Torsen rear diff and viscous centre (transfer) diff. Normally you would be asked to supply an OEM prop shaft assembly as they re-use the steel splined ends and UJ assemblies.

See also http://www.gt4dc.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=6620 with regards a couple of sources.
However, interested to know who you are in contact with Ray.
I have heard there is a manufacturer in the UK for propshafts but don't have any details.

Thanks guys. Yeah I'll eventually need to send them the prop shaft but they wanted some info for quotes.

There is only 1 company I know of whom I've spoken to in the past who makes carbon prop shafts for motor sports but the price was something silly like 5K to make one.

Im doodling on the idea of making lightened steel 1 piece. Just looking at prices for the moment.
