Hi,

i simple copied the oem water line setup

from the outlet elbow (head, pressure side) to the buttom connection on the turbo, and from the top connection of the turbo back to the steinless pipe, the first few cm of the line are made out of
a stainless pipe due to the heat i aint want to risk a burned hose and the last few cm are out of a AN10 push on line (more flexy then a braided hose)

if you also use a corolla manifold and also want to use a hard pipe like me then you have to route the pipe next the compressor cover (pressure side) as tight as possible to the cover, the cluth slave cylinder comes in touch if you gave it space

here we go with the plugs

the first is the manifold plug of the anti lag ports, the second is the measurement from the TTE gasket of them, and the 3rd one are for the holes sideways the turbo flange

all was made out of high temp. steel, i aint have a number for you

Hi,

i am sure it will fit, but better you test fit the gearbox if possible, the clutch slave cylinder line could be a paint

May I ask why not? Going for after market exhaust manifold?

How much do you want for the adaptor plate?

Nice! No problems with clearances then? Like the downpipe too. Yellow cam cover is different 8)

The CHRA on the Borg Warner looks bigger than the Garrett.

Unrelated question: what did you use to clean up the alloy gearbox casing? It looks brand new or is it painted?

There were clearance issuse ... The mounting point for the EFR boost solenoid had to be shaved of to allow the clocked position . But I'm using a different solenoid with my motec anyway

Gearbox was rebuilt, think it's just been degreased , and painted
