hi :)

ive been offered a set of bucket seats with subframes to suit a 185 - my big question is, will they fit onto the 165 mounting points? i dont know anyone local with a 185 in which i can test fit my existing 165 seats.

simple as that :)

yes any seat, frame, vehicle can me modified to fit each other.

you got a welder. get going... :)

Andy, what i have seen, the stock seat runners can be removed, thus being used on another seat..
