Im just about to fit some redstuff pads to the new 4 and replace the fluid with some DOT5. Question is what is the best way of replacing the fluid and ensuring i have removed all of the old stuff.
The 4 has ABS (not sure if this will make a difference to the quanity of fluid needed?)

Cheers
Rob

Robbie, I would buy 2 litres of the new stuff your going to use, and just keep bleeding. You could try using a syringe to remove MOST of the fluid from the reservoir then fill with your new stuff. But remember never to let the reservoir run dry as that will make the bleeding much more difficult. :)

No its all the same system. I have bled the brakes on my car about 4-5 times never used any special procedure.

Always found the 2 person method best aswell rather than one of these kit things.
