Guys, as I plan to do the coolant change today I have been told it's best to remove the thermostat housing to allow better drainage of the engine coolant.
If I do this, will I need a new gasket at all?

If so it means I'll buy one from Mr.T (who won't stock it I'm sure).

Cheers

Steve

Steve - if you are going this far it might be considered madness not to simply pop in a new thermostat and gasket. Available form Toyota for ~£15 :)

Blueprint and Fensport also sell them...
