Hi folks,

Been a while. Good to see the DC is still ploughing on!

Does anyone know if the chargecooler pump (RC) water seals are available as a replacement part? I stripped and rebuilt my pump&bearings and saw nothing wrong with the seals but mines now a bit leaky and I don't fancy the cost of a new (or used!) pump when this one otherwise works just fine.

Any help appreciated.

The EPC lists a single assembley :(

I think you'd have to head to your local bearing supplier with the old one and peruse the oil seal catalog until something leaps out at you

Or perhaps browse the likes of SKF online to try and find a match

I had a quick look round Kris' website but didn't see a seal change. The only other person I know who rebuilt a pump is Dice man but I don't think he changed the seals

No I've not found the info anywhere either despite hunting and using magnifying packages on images! Looks like I'll just have to pull it off and strip it down again before getting the parts in, no major problem. Thanks for looking though!

No seal change here, I just did the bearings and brushes.
