as the title says really, I have refurbed callipers "gt4 st205" new pins, new shims "Toyota ones", and trd fast road pads,copperslip on back of pads ect new disks"dba slotted" .
its not all the time, but when it starts its "loud" lol,
any ideas on how I can solve this?,different grease?

You don't mention if you have fitted the thin metal shim plates between the pistons and the back of the pads and the 'P' clips which help tension the brake pads. If you have these you shouldn't need copperslip. I wouldn't have bought DBA discs myself as I've heard mixed reports about them. The OEM discs or slotted TRD type are trouble free although they're not cheap. I'd also make sure the edge of the pad friction material is chamfered to prevent pick-up. From memory the TRD pads come like this anyway.

above, personally I use stock Toyota discs and Carbotech pads.
They squeel like a mother but you can't go far wrong with Toyotas own products

i have p clips and full oem toyota shim set ,i have got some mintex cera tec anti squeal lubricant to replace the copperslip,if not i may have to change pads .
