With regards to the con rod specs, what is thrust clearance?
Is the oil clearance of the bigend shells. 0.024-0.055mm i.e. the bit I measure with the plastigauge shell on rod cap to crank..?
Is the oil clearance for the mains shells stated "Others STD 0.018-0.037" for the normal mains and the number 3 main is 0.028-0.047mm (provided nothing is undersized..)

Just about to order the big end shells and have a quick question.
The number on the caps determine what size shell to get, how does this take into account the size of the crank it is to fit on?
