pretty sure A and B are the throttle body heater lines (so bridge together?)
Any idea where C would go? (C is on the water elbow)

Isn't that one of the turbo coolant lines

Are you operating the standard PCV system? If so probably best to keep throttle heater pipes connected, it will help prevent the idle control valve becoming blocked with congealed gunk.
