https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/831 ... 0ST185.pdfIf the lights go up & down as they should, then the headlight switch should be ok as the signal feeding the 'headlight relay' is the same as feeding the motor control unit. (note, the switch pulls to ground to switch on).
Interestingly, the 'headlight relay' switches live, via fuses, to the 'common' connection on the headlight bulbs. The individual dip & beam connections are then switched to ground via the high / low / flash switch. It looks like both the switches are on the same ground, so that is probably ok as the on/off switch seems to be working.
Things common to all headlights (I assume sidelights & tail lights are working ?) are the headlight relay, and the ground for the switches.
What happened on the car between them working and them not working ? Was it a case of being stood for a long time and not working after, or was work done on the car in the meantime ? If so, what ?
