Has anyone got or can point me in the right direction for an expanded diagram of the riser blocks with part numbers for all connectors etc.
My riser blocks rattle, something is probably just loose but knowing my luck it's more likely something has broken so a diagram of how it goes together and part numbers so I can order spares would be appreciated.

Glad to be of service :D

Regarding the rattling sound you might find that one of the threaded metal bobbins which is supposed to be bonded in the riser blocks or wing has come loose. The C-One wing I got recently has this problem so it looks like I'll have to cut a section out so I can get hold of the bobbin then re-bond the cut out into the wing mount. Dremel to the rescue!

My spoiler was rattling after fitting replica riser blocks. I eventually took them off to inspect, but couldn't see any obvious culprit. One thing I did think was that there's a gasket meant to go in between the parts so I've cut up some rubber sheet to the required shape.
I'm kinda used to the low rise spoiler again, but I will refit the risers with the rubber inserts soon and report back if it makes a difference.

I used tiger seal to glue the insert plates to the riser blocks as the plates were only held by tiny screws IIRC. I then glued the riser blocks to the spoiler (using tiger seal again) and used the default bolts.
The riser blocks are then bolted to the boot lid as normal with 2 oem gaskets sandwiched together.. Probably not the best course of action but have not had any problems and rattle free.
