Update for those in on the group buy -

Hi James,

I can confirm that 5 out of 5 made it through production ok which is a great start! They are due to be here December 8th.

If for any reason anyone drops out I do have another buyer for one but he knows that he is only getting one if for any reason any of your customers decide to pull out.

That's great news :D

Shame they are limited production as it would be handy to have a few spares available ......unless they are easy to make from a pattern?

Picked up my screen yesterday although it took a while to find the unit as its not named or numbered (security reasons) The guys were very helpful with tips on how to fit.

They have started another ST205 list so I might get another for my road car. Lead time is quite long to get enough names for a batch then get it in the queue for manufacture. They need about five or six to do a production run. They also do ST185 heated screens but I guess it may be harder to get enough people together as fewer have survived. They don't normally get involved with group buys but deal direct with the customers. Still, its a good way to accelerate the process of accumulating names and minimising the wait.
