Anybody know what the dimensions of the Power steering/alternator Idle pulley bearing is?
I have a sneaky feeling its 47mm outside diameter, 20mm diameter hole and 14mm wide.

Can anyone confirm (I don't want to remove/hammer it out just to measure it)

Thanks

My memory tells me it's smaller than 47mm, but I may be wrong.

Ok, will keep searching.

Remember we changed the idle bearing on my car????? Well, it has failed already lol (well, failed is a bit hash, its VERY noisy and has been for months now, I always though it was my alternator hence trying to eek every bit of life out of it before alternator out job)

I only notices when the regulator pack packed up the other day on the alternator and I took it out and noticed that the alternator bearings were fine.

It's an SKF bearing btw. Maybe its the wrong speced one for the job. I think I may have ordered it from RS (not sure though)

I can confirm the above measurements are correct. I ordered this https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/ball-bearings/4090489/ (I have an RS account and its free delivery)
and was a perfect match. (bearing in freezer, pulley in boiling water)
Not sure its if the correct type and how long it will last... Now I can hear the charge cooler is on its way out.. lol
