just notice the rear heating element on the back window has stopped working
on inspection, the (for a better word) bracket, that actually attatches to the
window (the part that the wire is attached too) has come off
so basically the solder has failed
could this be just soldered back in place, to make it work?
im thinking its only a normal dry-joint, but not sure about how much
current passes through it, to make it un-do able

would really like it working again especially with the cold weather were haveing

any thoughts or has anybody had the same problem

Get yourself a cheap multi meter and bridge the break to see if you get a reading, you can also buy screen element repair paint.

I doubt it would be soldered on glass, and I wouldn't reccomend trying or you stand a good chance of it shattering.

You can get conductive paints but from experience they aren't very successful.
