Hi Every one, I need some help/ advice, over the last couple of weeks my st205 has been sluggish and feels like it's lacking punch between idle up to 3000 rpm, it feels like there isn't enough fuel getting to the engine. On hard acceleration the car pulls fine it's only when I'm driving slow and off the turbo, can any suggest what this might be??? Thanks in advance..... Paul |

First step is to check ECU fault codes. No special equipment needed, just follow this huide and report back so we can interpret them. Having read them, reset the ECU (as per link) and go for a short drive then read codes again to see which have come back. http://www.gt4dc.co.uk/info/howto/ecu/e ... _codes.htm Quite a few things it can be including plugs / leads etc, knock sensor, through to broken pistons. |
