MOT approaching, both number plate lights out, and screws totally corroded. Can someone let me know what replacement bulbs I need so I can order before I start cursing at the car trying to get the bulb covers off?

These should be '194' bulbs.

Halfords actually have quite a good guide in their stores on a flip card thing usually mounted by the bulbs.

Once you get the screws out maybe replace them with stainless so it doesn't happen again.

Gosh, it's ages since I went to Halfords for bulbs, and they've obviously improved their listings as they never use to specify anything for the GT4! Now, at the risk of being cheeky, have you any ideas what size screws I should buy as they do have lots of overpriced packs to choose from :)

The bulbs for the numberplate will be shared with the normal celica - same for most (if not all) of the lights.

No idea on the screws - see if you can get one out first then take it to a fastening supplier. We have a local one that sells very small quantities.

Will treat myself to one of these, I'm sure the correct screw will be in there somewhere?

Potentially a few useful ones in there for things like wheel arch liners and undertrays.

Just for information, the circled screw is a perfect fit - tray isn't labelled, so don't know the size!

LOL, I had a bit of help! I sprayed WD40 on them for a couple of days to try and loosen them. But the heads were that corroded, that a screwdriver just removed the cross head. My friend grabbed the remaining head with a fierce looking pair of pliers type tool, held on for dear life, and managed to get all 4 x screws undone. Bulbs now replaced, screws now replaced with shiny new stainless steel ones. I suppose the original ones didn't do too bad lasting 22 years!
