]Hi guys, CS playing up again!!!
Getting a code 54 every 20 or so seconds after reset (and topping up!)
That safe mode doesn't half use some fuel and makes tickover very erratic!!!
Swirls ok for a short while then I hear a 'click' and it stops pumping and immediately goes into limp mode.
Any clues as to what I should look at? It is standard btw. no FMIC or anything.
This happened a few years ago but 'self repaired'??? see viewtopic.php?f=13&t=6473
Most grateful for any advise.

Is it the original pump? Lots of them are failing in various ways now. My 205 one went a couple of years ago.

Might be time for a new one.

It was a broken wire.
From loom to the plug. Both broke off (flush) when I examined it!
Remade the connection with a 'chocolate box' and all is now sweet :)
All I need to fix now is the grommets from the reservoir to brake master cylinder, the air leak to turbo and the crack in the gearbox.... whooo hoooo.... What value these things now?
