Want to get my car alignment done on all 4 wheels but the rear toe bolts for the toe adjusters seem to be seized. I am trying to loosen them at the bolt end but am frightened they are going to shear. Anyone got any tips for getting these undone?

Try the other end and lots of plusgas or GT85 - garages always get stumped by this and then tell you that they are seized and need to be cut off. Try the other end before doing anything drastic.

I was just being a chicken. Managed to get the driver side all apart no problem but the passenger side cam seems to be seized in the arm. Can get the bolt and end plates off no problem. Think some rod, a socket and some nuts will be needed to pull it out.

Don't forget that you can only undo one end of this assembly...

Come to the end of my patience. Passenger side i have managed to get the bolt out and both end caps off but the cam is stuck inside the bushing and thanks to the design of the rear subframe it is very difficult to get a hammer on it. Think my only option now is to get a reciprocating saw and cut it out....
