Not the fuel pump switching on/off you mean?

prity sure is in the car or just behind the bulkhead cant here it with window open yes i have a blitz boost controler but thats in the center collum box how can i get the car to boost standing still.
would a cracked manifold cause the car not to run right as the fuel pump(could be wroung on this )
just thinking if it could be some part of the built in boost gauge. Haveing said that i would thought that it would have been something that happened a a few people
i feel lik ethe squeeky car ad and yes checked me wifes ear rings

Mine does the same thing. Its a relay of some discription. I was waiting for mine to go totally wrong before stripping that lot down. Mine comes on rare occassions.

Cheers,

Tone

I got a ticking sound too - seems to be coming from the alternator or pullys

it could be - sounds lower down than the alternator. Its had the fensport Air con removal kit fitted with oversized pulleys.
It doesn't look like the buckets have been replaced - are they normally?

I tried tightening them - but they are very tight, is it time to replace them?

I get this also on my 165 - sounds like it's directly behind the instrument cluster and doesn't happen when i'm stationary. Due to a lack of functional stereo I have to endure it constantly. I'm quite eager to ascertain what it is also, although I may have to fix the stereo as a quick fix.

sine the first post have noticed oil seeping out off the charge cooler to inlet manifold telling me the turbo seals are slowly on the way out. have sorced a stage 3 turbo from essex performance and hopefully this is something to do with the clicking noise i keep hearing. will soon know next week when i have installed new turbo and given it a rag down the road.
