The C-One undertray pics appear to show louvres on each side so its not as though there's no air getting through. I wouldn't be too worried about losing the stock air duct to the gearbox as it has its own cooler anyway and if temps start to get a bit high its easy to fit a larger core rad to deal with the heat.
