Personally I'd stay clear of using an engine flush or a cleaner that this seems to be?

My reasoning is that over time deposits form in the engine. Loosening these deposits might be very bad since they will start floating about in the engine until they are caught in the oil filter.

Who knows what wear/damage they might do?

I'd just use a decent oil

Ker-plink! :)
