Now i have got to the bottom of what was leaking i'm happily going to be driving the four unless anything else untoward happens before then. :D

Bit of a story with the leak, didnt turn out to be a bust crank seal as suspected, was horrified by what it turned out to be, will tell all on Sunday, got the right week this time right?

Loose pump bolts or power steering fluid I'm guessing.

looks like I'd better bring the 4 then.

Just for info...
Fairmile has changed hands and, IMO, not as good as it used to be (as far as eating is concerned).
Anyway, would be fine for parking, a drink and a snack.

What I had was ok for quality but a bit overpriced.

Maybe try the parkway just round the corner from Ladymead.

We used to use the Parkway for our regular GT-Four meets until the management objected when we had a turn out of over 50 cars. Must have been a record! Still, that was a long time ago and I could certainly recommend it from that experience.

I did have a chat with Parkway (2003/2004) when I was running southern events on the OC due to the previous issue when 50 odd cars turned up!

They advised that if it is expected that 10 or more cars are coming then really they would prefer that you a) ask the manager b) did it some other time than Sunday lunch.

If there is only a few people and all in peugoets then should be fine :-)

You have to remember that back then meets were bigger and we all were younger and behaved less! Difficult to believe I know :-)

How long do you think people will be hanging around at Ladymead before heading off - an hour or so?
