The third International Historic Motor Show is being held at the National Agricultural Centre, Stoneleigh Park, near Warwick on the weekend of 25/26 February. More details available here

I've been to the previous two and I'd highly recommend it as a day out. The first year there was an appearance by one of the original rally Celica's, a TA22 model Toyota Celica GT 1600.

Last year also saw the introduction of the Slowly Sideways historic rally car register demonstrating a collection of Audi Quattros, Lancia 037, Lancia Stratos etc.

This year should see the appearance of an ex-Carlos Sainz ST185 Celica. Carlos only drove it briefly on the Acropolis Rally in 1992 before teething problems with the mechanical centre diffs caught him out and he ended up at the bottom of a ravine with a seriously bent Celica It was subsequently rebuilt and sold to a private team. It's now being gradually restored to pristine condition by its new UK owner

Yes, each event we 'advertise' will have a description and is then made a 'sticky' so the description stays at the top of the page. This is done one at a time in chronological order based on the calendar we have placed on the web site. We do this to avoid the event details getting buried in the middle of a thread.

I see......is anyone adding their name to the list thats been started in the other thread other than those who already have?

If we go as a club do we have a planned date to attend of the 3 that there are?

We don't plan to attend as a club as the event has no arrangements for this. Parking last year was in an adjacent field and the previous year in a byre!

What I'd suggest if anyone is keen to meet at the venue then PM me your mobile details. FYI Sirius and I will be attending on the Saturday.
