Hi folks,

Just a few pics from Japfest this year, the weather was remarkably kind for Castle Combe with no rain and lots of sunshine.

Good pics, and a great day as well.

Feel for the people who were stuck in the traffic for hours though.

Yeah - there are stories on Facebook of poeple waiting over 4 hours, then being turned away by the police as the venue was full, despite them having prepaid tickets.

Hi Dale,

Membership is free now, as you have been a member in the past I have just re-enabled you as a full member.

If you go in the club events section you can sign up for rallyday which is also at Combe and has track time if you are quick. :)

Love that orange flip paint on Phils ST205. Is that a Lamborghini colour by any chance? Paint code would be good

I'd love to see some more detail of the cooling plumbing and other engine bay detail on the Tuning Developments ST205 with Caldina side feed manifold. did you take any more pics?

Hi,

I bought the car like this, and a pig to touch up I would guess.

The paint is:-

E-6002-2 1 Litre Ecstasy Amber Gold (Green To Gold) £217.21

From:- http://www.outrageousfinishes.co.uk/products/ecstasy/

Not sure what base coat is though, but some shade of red.

Toying with the idea of a respray as the bottom looks a bit of a mess where I took the side skirts and front splitter off and then splashed some paint over the original silver so it looked a bit better for Japfest.

Then I am thinking, I am doing Auto Tests and track days, and It is not a show car, so why bother.

Still looks cool though.

Cheers

Phil

You can buy lots of goodies for the cost of a respray :)
