Results from the Surrey Rolling Road organised by Ferdyg of the GT4OC

I've summarised Ferdyg's report of the day on the OC for those interested:

12 Celica ST 205's ran plus Muddy's Audi RS5 and Ferdyg's Jaguar XKR
The OC put up a trophy as a souvenir for the day for the person who achieved the best power run.

List of Runners (all ST205)
Davidp 440.2bhp @ 1.8bar (JEMS built 3S-GTE, Garrett 3076, MoTeC M4Pro mapped by Adrian at Fensport)
Thegreenmonk 418.8bhp @ 1.6bar
James4563. 306.0bhp
Paul. 304.4bhp
Gidz. 300.5bhp
Nogt4. 288.1bhp
Pavos05. 283.5bhp
Wingnut. 275.2bhp
Willianw1987. 269.0bhp
Rick. 274.5bhp
Marioracer. 270.4bhp
Fripon. 231.5bhp

Muddy's RS5 ran 409.8bhp (TBC)
Ferdyg's Jaguar XKR ran 526.9bhp

Congratulations to Dave Prior on winning the GT-Four shootout. Well deserved. His ST205 has had a shed load of work done on it, including uprated transmission and suspension. Dave has admitted that his Four is rather more 'focused' than is ideal for a daily driver (he uses a diesel Auris for that). I'm sure Muddy won't mind his nice shiny new Audi RS5 being beaten by a GT-Four  although I'm sure he probably had a more comfortable ride home than Dave!

Thanks for posting this up here, think everyone enjoyed the day.

The trophy was a bit of fun that I arranged, not expensive and I think well received.

Davids car is a monster, real quality workmanship and attention to detail.

If he goes for more power I may then have to bring a Jaguar XKR-S instead

XKR-S rated at 550PS.

Given that the XKR is rated at 510PS and put out 526bhp maybe the XKR-S will put put out close to 550 -575bhp.

Thanks to everyone that came along and nice to see John, Erin and the children who came to say hi and support me.

Hi guys,
A big thank you to you all.
This was an enjoyable day. This was a bit of a last minute thing for us, we only found out about this the night before.
We will have to come to more of these meets as it was a good day out.

Thanks again Donna + Paul
