Didn't take many pictures myself so this is a placeholder for those who did.

I'm looking at you Mr Meurz

Som Golden oldies

2009 - Terte Rouge is so simple a corner now for non cave dwellers that Sir Stirling Moss actually has time to adjust the rear view morror mid corner

Image

Possibly 2006 - one of the better of many, many attempts at a night shot. Can't find the other good one at the moment, think I've archived it somewhere safe

I have about 2,000 pics from the Le Mans trip to sort through this weekend  Hopefully there will be some good ones showing the Toyotas hunting down the Audis before Anthony Davidson decided to do low-level aerobatics in his TS030 and broke his back :( ...wishing him a speedy recovery.

How about this for hard core Le Mans fans? Snapped during a shopping trip to the SuperU supermarket in Arnage.

Rebellion Lola-Toyota B12/60 finished top in the unofficial LMP1 petrol class. No trick hybrids or special diesel engines here!

Class winning Corvette beat the works team

These guys nipped onto the track immediately after the finish of the main race. Not sure how far they made it around before they had their collar felt by the local police ;-)

The Rebellion Lola-Toyota finished 4th which was some consolation after Anthony Davidson's Toyota TS030 got tripped up by an amateur driver in a Ferrari 458 Italia. He broke his back when the car flipped up and crashed down but apparently he will be OK. The second Toyota driven by ex-Williams F1 driver Kazuki Nakajima side-swiped the Nissan Deltawing and eventually it retired with engine problems which were possibly a legacy of that incident. The Toyota did lead the race briefly so its pace was good enough to challenge. Toyota are running a single car in the World Endurance Championship 6 hour race at Silverstone at the end of August. Tickets are booked :)

You keep calling it a Rebellion Lola Toyota but, like 50% of the other prototypes it's clearly a Lotus
