Early heads up for the next SSCC event, I will link to the website once regs are available.

This one will be run as a standard autotest rather than the past 'rallytests'. Partly on sealed surface (covered in dirt) and partly gravel. It will be mostly (if not totally) forwards only, and fairly open so there will be no problem getting a celica round the course without requiring the handbrake - although that would be no fun :)

For those that know Henstridge, the tests will be in the smoother areas - probably 2 tests in the big gravel area and 1 up the far end in the T shape.

It will be suitable for standard cars and novices, unlike the past events.

Entry fee likely to be about £20-£30 plus you need to be a member of an invited MSA club or pay £15 ? annual membership of S&S.

I'm game for this too! Hopefully I will be a bit more experienced after last time and the cones will have no need to cringe when I approach them!! Lol

We'll fill a few with concrete to keep your mind concentrated :)

Ha, I hit few barrels, well I say hit, I mean meerly brushed, doing gynkhana, and I have a few slight scrapes and dents from that. I think cones and concrete will make me a writeoff!

Any sign of the regs yet Chris?

I've signed back up on the oc so if you don't mind I'll paste this over.

Regs should be available this evening or tomorrow. I have just prepared the web page.

http://www.sandscc.co.uk/ then click 'Autotest'

http://www.sandscc.co.uk/Autotest.htm (this link will lose navigation frames)

Yes. Look on the sandscc site for up to date entry list.
