RR day starts at 10am - ill be there till around 12 but then shooting back to start the food prep and light the BBQ.
Aiming to have food on there around 2pm.
Not sure how long the RR will last - have 19 potential runners but some have not confirmed as of yet

The field at back of house that is for parking / camping if required is currently being mowed so no worries about parking cars and setting fire to it with hot exhausts or damaging splitters ect.

At moment we have 13 confirmed runners - however Charlie needs a minimum of 15 cars to do it at £35.
If less its going to be £40.

£40 is fine with me. Shame there has been so many dropped out.

I can confirm I will also be at the BBQ although I definitely won't be staying as I can cycle home in about 10 minutes

Aye - so many people say yes they will attend and this has been arranged a year in advance nearly but when it comes to the crunch they " forget " despite the thread being updated constantly.
But it happens everytime so nothing new - just dissapointing.

Despite me booking holidays i have to go into work saturday morning as im the only 1 qualified or authorised to access my office.

This means i wont be at the rolling road - but ill see those who are coming to the BBQ at mine.

If i do go to the RR ill be running far too late and for me the BBQ takes priority.

Hope those of you going to the RR have a good day - remember to have that print out signed and dont tear arse about on the site as Charlie gets it in the neck

Johnnyboy, I used to run events at Surrey rolling road for oc and dc. bank on 15 mins per run.

It helps to have a running order pinned to the wall and nominate someone to ensure the next 2 cars are ready outside rollers, warmed up and good to go.
