Just heard that Suzi Perry has been confirmed as Jake Humphreys replacement anchoring the BBC Formula 1 TV coverage. She was quite knowledgeable when she commentated on the MotoGP and Superbikes a few years ago but not sure how much she knows about the car racing scene. No news yet on whether Eddie Jordan and DC will return. The BBC has also confirmed they are showing live coverage of China, Spain, Canada, Britain, Belgium, Italy, Japan, India and Brazil - plus whichever race is slotted in to the July 21 gap. Extended recorded highlights will be broadcast for Australia, Malaysia and Monaco. |
