I remember chatting to a chap from here at Mk Autos (mike?) and he mentioned that a few of you are based in the SW London area.
I've moved down to Bucks and work in Frimley - are there any GT4-friendly garages nearby anyone could recommend? I really need to get my clutch release bearing changed and may as well do the clutch at the same time and would like it to be checked over by someone who knows what they are doing.

I did use Martin for jobs I couldn't do myself but it's a fair way to travel now

Frimley! My stomping ground. I grew up there and now only live in Farnborough. You should come along to one of the curries at Zaffron in Farnborough, very local for Frimley.

In terms of local garages they are a bit thin on the ground - one reason I took my car to Martin despite the distance. A few options I can think of:

Have a chat with 'Banzaibaz' on here - he has been around GT-Fours for years now and has just opened a workshop on the south coast in Emsworth (a nice drive from Bucks) I'm sure he would be able to help.

Otherwise there is:

There is Owen Developments in Kingston Bagpuize near Oxford who have good experience of GT-Fours (but probably not cheap). and I have heard mention of someone called Stuart at a business called Japex which is somewhere in NW London, reviews are favorable but no experience myself.

Japex are a good call, I've used them a few times now they have done a gear box change for me and quite a few other thing plus my wife always takes her honda there as they only use genuine parts and are a lot more Trustworthy
Then main dealers.

Heard some very glowing reports about BEK who trades on CCUK. He seems to be another one with Martins level of dedication. I'm not quite sure exactly where he is though. Homer on here has been there, drop him a PM if he doesn't spot this thread.
