Looking to get some Rota Grid Drift alloy wheels in 17"
My research tells me that 17x8 ET35 will fit no problems except I cant find the damn things for sale in this size.
I'm looking for them in gunmetal colour and the only size I can find is 17x9 5x100mm ET30

http://www.rotashop.co.uk/rota-grid-17-9-5x100mm-et30-gunmetal-single-rim_p1040719.htm
Any ideas??

Could I get a different offset version and counteract the offset with spacers? e.g. ET45 with a 1" spacer?
I found I could get 17x9 ET42 OR 17x8.5 ET44, except I have no idea if it will fit lol

Have you tried Rarerims (who specialise in Rota) and Tarmac Sportz? Tarmac stocks Japan Racing alloys which have designs which looks very similar to Rota designs in tonnes of sizes.

The other option should work as you described, a 10mm spacer against a 45 offset, it just means you have a spacer on your hub rather than wheels made for the job. I recently stuck on some Rota GTRs 18x8 ET35 with 225/40/18 tyres and they sit perfectly.

I got them used from Rarerims, I think its hard to get a concave with the offset and wheel width.
