As far as I know the sills are not available from Toyota. Generally will be one of two options for repair.

1) Get good sills from one of the several breakers that are around - difficult as most cars suffer the same problem.

2) Cut out the rust and have repair pieces fabricated, more straightforward but harder to get a decent finish.

Good luck.

Thanks that's just about what I had worked out but there was always a chance that there was someone out there who had found non gen replacement sills

There is also an option 3 of finding another car with similar shaped sills which are available. If the general curve and lower end fold is near correct then it's not difficult to splice in near the top end as this is generally not rusty. Certainly easier than fabricating from scratch if a large section needs replacement, and stronger than patches.

It would be useful to try to find that other car. There probably is something that isn't too far away from what we need. Guess it would require someone to cut out a sill from an ST205 and just offer it up to various more modern/robust vehicles to see if it was similar?
