My car is standard no boost changes just a decat, japspeed exhaust and K&N drop in panel filter and pulled 281bhp on the dyno.

What size of exhaust 2.5 or three inch if it's three inch are you not getting boost creep

According to the Japspeed page its 3 inch all the way through - I dont know how I would measure boost creep, I do not have an EBC or an aftermarket boost gauge (only standard almost unreadable one)

If it helps here is a dyno run of the car http://celicast205.strikingly.com/#dyno-run

Under full throttle at the high end of rpm it continues to raise boost until it hits fuel cut that is assuming that you do not have a fuel cut defender fitted

Not had any fuel cutting from what I noticed, although never red line the car in any case?

Yeah mine only happens at the top end of the rpm and the boost creeps up but I do stretch it as these engines have to be wrung to get the best out of em

Mine is a 'non garage queen (parked outside!) spend hours keeping it in good shape. Drive to relax rather than wring it out lol

That looks well
Mines off road at winter had it since 95 was bought new still get a kick from driving it
They age well and still look awesome and aggressive on the road by today's standard they are pretty under powered, but they are iconic to me as the last of the true rally carsImageImage
