Fitting a Whiteline 3-point adjustable ARB to an ST205 doesn't require the removal of any parts other than the wheels although it does require a bit of wiggling around (v. technical term  ) to feed it around/over the exhaust. This is my experience on bothe OEM ST205's and the Blitz NUR Spec 75mm exhaust system. From memory it was easier/possible to feed through from one side than the other (nearside?)

yeah wiggling doesnt seen to help much we can get it through one side to the other but it keeps getting trapped on one of the suspension arms so it wont sit in the right plce like its been put in on an angle.
think were just gona have to give it another go monday or sumthing

Just a thought, I assume you have the rear of the car jacked up with the rear suspension on full droop and the wheels off? Keep persevering, the ARB will fit, honest! It helsp if you have two of you on it to double the brain power and wiggle options...LOL!

I presume you have the axle stands on the chassis rather than the suspension arms? Coilovers may make a difference as some are shorter travel than the OEM suspension. Difficult to be sure if this is making the difference without seeing the car. From memory it was getting the ARB over the exhaust that was the biggest problem so depending on the situation you might have to drop it from the hangers. How did you manage to get the OEM ARB off?

knack is to push through part of the way and then rotate it so arm faces towards back of car then push through some more then flip it back the right way..

IIRC it only goes in from one side - I just can't remember which side it was :-)
