oh it's so torturous! Been off the road for one week already - going to be off for next week as well.

* paint and fit OEM bodykit with TRD (replica :oops: ) corners and original OEM (not TRD :oops: ) side skirts

* removal of engine:
* fit Ogura clutch
* fitVelocitytuningwerks (VTW) fuel pressure regulator (apparently the original two smaller fuel pressure regs are starting to rust already...)
* laser clean/highflow injectors
* replacing all my 12yo no-longer-rubber vacuum lines :P
* turbo wastegate ported
* fitting Aussie Exhaust downpipe and midpipe
* changing gear selector washers

I am sooooo tempted to get everything else done as well while the engine is out *cough*forgedinternals*cough* but money and time don't permit... I'm driving my mom's 2.2L 4cyl Vectra and it's soooo gutless!

update: went to visit the car today. OEM bodykit is on!

Tangcla - take it you aren't thinking of replacing the FRP and wastegate hoses with silicon hoses? :shock:

2 smaller fuel pressure regulators? Thought we only had 1?

If I read what you meant correctly:
haha no, I'm not combining all the above smaller tasks into one big task! :P I'll be doing them separately - so taking off FPR to fit new one, changing vacuum hoses with vacuum hoses etc.

Apparently what I was told (or the understanding is) we have two small regulators which feed two injectors. something like that. I could be wrong. I think I was paying attention to something else at the time while I was being told :lol:
