You can also do the same with the front and rear engine mounts.

Out of interest, what shore grade did you use? I've been thinking about doing mine in 80 shore.

I didn't actually do this myself. Done my a mate of a mate who has one on his GT4.

ive order the stuff i specified above, i reckon its easily enough for both engine mounts. total was £28.49 including delivery and insurance.

i will see if i can "borrow" a spare engine mount tomorrow and mix the compound, otherwise i wont be attempting this until next week as i need the car to get to bolney

interesting to note each bottle comes marked Irritant and Hazardous

Nice one. Perhaps you could start a refurb package Andy....all the old engine mounts and diff mounts sent in for refurb...or like fennies do with a brake caliper exhange service......

Just a quick update on this - I've done a few miles now with the poly engine mounts, they are going to be replaced as soon as is possible for stock or TRD items.

The vibration transmitted to the chassis is very significant and makes driving the car very uncomfortable, this was with a 65 shore mix.

Not a modification I would recommend.
