Rene,

Is it possible, if you'll take the layouts of this girdle from authors? With further input or resend...

Please... Any schematas.. I'll reproduce it..
Or worse variant - nice photo with good resolution, closeup of the girdle assy...

As I've tired to wait for Rene's generosity, the girdle was done by myself :)

Specs:
. 8.5 mm thickness
. 30HGSA steel (380 N*m)
. Head bolts as pins
. blah-blah

It's already tested on the rally, wokrs fine at all!

The vibes from 300+ cams are much quiet now, external effext is +0.2 bars of boost - may be it beats off some resonance wich is reckoned like knock, so Pectel ECU gives to the WG more loyal command...

Seats on 4 pins, covers are tighten by 3 bolts each, 1 blocks the bed.
Oil sniff goes down for the thickness of the girdle.
All edges are smoothed.

Oilpump for this stuff is made 2 times wider (gerotor).

Block has 2 row of oil nozzles. As pressure dropped by this, the more powerful gerotor compensates the pressure loss.

Under the girdle the scrab-plate is mounted, which contacts the crank & removes the oil from it.

This is fantastic!

Interesting comments on the oil pump!

You have been busy on the car while I have been painting, I must try to catch up now! :)

all that added weigh for little useful improvement ...a good try granted... look at what other modded engines use.. evo 6,7,8,9, xm, s14 etc running 1000 hp.

plate will not offer required stiffness in the plains its required .. good wash plate
